We recently found out that Iviliia Millionic IT sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, Poland (“Iviliia”) has been spreading false claims about our game, Melon Sandbox. Because of their actions, the game was temporarily removed from AppStore and Google Play. We also learned that Iviliia reached out to some of you, asking for payments to allow you to share content based on Melon Sandbox (for example, on your YouTube channels).

To put a stop to this and protect both you and our company, we took legal action. The court agreed with us and has now blocked Iviliia from continuing such practices – like trying to remove Melon Sandbox and gameplay videos from Google Play, AppStore and YouTube, or offering fake ‘license’ agreements to players – while the case is being decided.
